To start things off this is a meme, sent to me by my sister and I thought hey I should do this now.  This is exactly how it came up!

So, here's how it works:
1.) Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2.) Put it on shuffle
3.) Press play
4.) For every question, type the song that's playing
5.) When you go to a new question, press the next button
6.) Don't lie

Opening Credits: Velvet Snow- Kings of Leon
Waking Up: I Think I’m Paranoid- Garbage

I love the way my Ipod shuffled some of these songs while others I am WTF?  I wish to see this really being played out.  The next time I am in a fight I will make sure to play the song. Haha.

Last week I went to go see the always gorgeous, entertaining and musically gifted Jesse McCartney.  Now I have been a fan of his for the last ten years or so ever since he started on All My Children, then his boy band Dream Street and so on from there.  I met him and he was so sweet. He gave me a hug and his chair fell from underneath him. This wasn’t recent this is a long time ago.  It was funny and memorable.  His new album is just so freaking awesome and it makes you want to dance and the performances were so much fun.  Here is the best of my recollection of the songs he did (not in order):

1)      Beautiful Soul-  love this song always and live it’s fantastic.

2)      She’s No You- he did this song rather angrily. Perhaps it was because his ex was in the video??

3)      Leavin’- the song of 2008.  I love it.  More grown up Jesse Mac.

4)      It’s Over- I love this song so much.  He makes it dramatic by sitting down, keeping his cool.  And the runs he does at the end is just amazing. He sounds incredible live

5)      Rock You- I really like this song and the intro using Michael Jackson was great since it’s one of my favorite MJ songs.

6)      How Do You Sleep? – this is actually my favorite song on the cd.  Just the title says it all, like how do you sleep with all of this on your conscience.

7)      Into Ya- Jesse dancing with a cane…. Is he trying to tell us something ;)

8)      Make Up- I love this song live.  He’s very aggressive in the chorus

9)      Told You So- Also very angrily. I love angry JMac

10)   Relapse- This song song live made me appreciate it even more.  I love when concerts do that

11)   Runnin’- my sister’s favorite song and it’s fantastic

12)   Freaky- great song to start the set with

13)   Oxygen- okay pulling out a girl from the audience and putting your head between her “legs”, she’s a lucky little lady

14)   Body language- this is a new song that he did as the finale and it was so damn catchy. I’m so happy he will be releasing it soon.

15)   My Baby- The high parts make me giggle

Jesse is such a great entertainer that works so hard. You know that he really puts his all into it and I am so happy that I take the chance to see him live. Although people want to start fights with me and I am sitting in front of girls who sing the song like they were screaming in a fire.  But he keeps making it worth it.

I’m still trying to figure out when to take vacation or how to take it.  It may have to be the end of August since that is when my aunt and uncle come and they are worth taking some time off for. They have had a couple of hard years since their grandchild was born with so many problems.

Lastly, I want to shout out my homegirl Jessica for making my current avatar.  She obviously captured the essence of me and my love of chocolate ice cream and red leggings.  Hehe.  Thanks girl!!

It's a combination of two of my favorite Garbage songs "Temptation Waits" and "Stupid Girl" although people tend to think it means something else.  =O

Last Tuesday I saw one of my favorite singers (actually my favorite female singer in the whole world), role model and altogether favorite performer Annie Lennox give a talk/acoustic show at the New York Times theater here in New York.  It was a talk with her about her career as well as her work with the HIV positive population in Africa.  This was an amazing night.  The place only held about 300 people and we were sitting in the third row at perfect eye level with Annie Lennox.  She is so beautiful, gracious and charming.  The speaker wasn’t great at all but she truly did take the reigns and made it such a wonderful experience for her fans. Her singing is just so magical.  Especially to see it so stripped down and it’s just her voice and a piano.  You know she’s the real deal . It actually gave me chills.  One fun thing I will say is that she had a fierce hat on.  Her style is always uniquely hers!  I love it and I am so happy to have seen her at a sold out event like that.  It made me happy! =)

On Thursday I had dinner with a coworker of mine named Jessica.   She’s what I call an Awesome Aussie!  We braved it out since we both weren’t feeling that great and had a great dinner.  I tried a chocolate martini only because it was free with our entrée.  The chocolate was nice but mixed with alcohol?  Not so much.  I had a Passion Fruit Mojito.  I took three sips of it and ate the sugar cane that came in it.  It was crazy though to see how much of Times Square was barren.  The financial crisis really is hitting hard.

It was Friday the 13th this past Friday so my friends and I went to go see the new Jason movie because it had the very hot Jared Padalecki in it.  It was a really fun movie and I am glad it did very well.  That Jason was truly the best I have ever seen. He was so fast and scary as hell. I really wouldn’t want to be chased by him at all. Aaron Yoo is one of the coolest actors to be in movies.  Very funny and give always gives the movies he is in an extra kick! The movie was quite funny and I am so glad that I went to it.  I am looking forward to the sequel for once!

This weekend was a very strange one.  It was extra long but also my sister and I were worried about our cousin Tracy who lives in Buffalo because after the plane crash there on Friday we thought something happened to her.  Well this Monday she showed up around our way and we had a great time catching up with her and I realize how much I miss her.  We made plans to visit her in May and we told her this saying because we hope to get the Honda CR-V.  Two hours later, we got the call that we did.  Talk about a lucky day!

These have been a couple of great days.  That’s a surprise to me but it was a very good surprise.  On Thursday my friends and I went to go see Slipknot at Madison Square Garden. What an experience!  I have been to many shows where there is high energy and the crowd loves it but this time it was just non stop rock.  You felt the energy from the band and the crowd was going absolutely ape shit. This was also one of the first times I have seen a male dominated mosh pit.  Now usually there will be a lot of girls holding their own but not this time.  Those guys were losing their fucking minds. It was great.  The best part was the end when they were playing “Spit It Out” and Corey asked the crowd to get low and when he screamed “Jump the fuck up!” they all did.  It was truly a sight to behold to see everyone so calm and crouched down like that.  It shows what a charismatic front man that he is that he can lead something like that. It was so great. They also played so many fantastic songs. It was truly a fun and exhausting concert!

Friday was my birthday and all I did was work!  =(  Not cool at all. But my boss played me a bunch of birthday songs and that cheered me up. I also thanked my mom for giving birth to me.  It’s her day more than it is mine. She’s the one that went through the pain, right?

On Saturday, my sister, friend and I went to the New York City Comic Con.  That day was so much fun. We started by going to the Warner Brothers Panel that had everything we wanted to see which was Watchmen, Terminator: Salvation and Friday the 13th. The Watchmen panel (which was the one everyone wanted to go for) was so interesting! They had the original artist of the novel there and he was so charming and British!  They gave us the first 18 minutes of the movie which was just so fantastic and pumps everyone up for March. I know I am!  Then came the Friday the 13th panel that had the always gorgeous Jared Padalecki on hand answering questions. That Jason movie looks amazing.  It is actually really scary.  He was burning people alive! I love it. I can’t wait for it to come out this weekend.  It will be fun for Valentine’s day. Haha.  Then came the Terminator: Salvation panel. McG first of all is the most entertaining and interesting person.  He really is passionate about his work and really wanted to hear feedback from the audience about the unfinished movie which I thought was very good of him to ask the fans.  It was so interesting. The funniest part was when he called Christian Bale for us to say hi to him but his wife picked up instead. That was truly funny.  The footage looks awesome though and that is another movie that I can’t wait to watch.

After that panel we went to the floor where all the booths are because we wanted to go get Jared’s signature.  The line was so long but we met some nice people.  Although they didn’t get to us we got to look and take pictures of him from the side.  Since we met him before we weren’t so bummed but we did have fun looking at him.

As well as seeing John Noble from afar!  He looks fantastic in person.  Even much younger!

We then went to go to Milo Ventimiglia’s panel for the comic “Berserker”. That was a fucking amazing panel!  It was so funny and interesting and I can’t wait to read the comic.  We got to meet him afterwards and he is truly the sweetest and hottest guy around!  He always comes around with such interesting projects and I am glad that he comes to NY to debut them.  Makes us feel very special.  I told him how much I love him in Gilmore Girls and he was into it. I also got a picture with him as well as my sister and friend. It was a really great ending to the day.

Sunday was Elmo Makes Music at MSG with my family and goddaughter.  She had a lot of fun and my Mom was like “What you didn’t see as a child you can see now” and to tell you the truth, I was into it. I was trying not to be too cynical and I am glad that the kid in me took over for that hour and a half.  It was a lot of fun.  I just wanted my goddaughter to have the best time and I think for however much a two and a half year old has for an attention span, that she did.

Lastly, I will say that my sister was accosted by one Swear Bear. Yup, he totally hit on my sister. It was hilarious.

This title makes no sense but it talks about three things that will be mentioned in this post.

1) Today is Groundhog Day and I think that the groundhog said it's an early spring which is great to hear. I need some good weather after getting sick from all of this freezing cold, snow and such. Also have to mentioned for the billionth time that Groundhog day is one of my favorite movies of all time.  =)

2) Saw Kings of Leon at MSG last Thursday.  It was a great concert and they got some of the most devoted fans I have ever seen.  No one would sit down for a second.  The guy next to me kept dancing and smoking and then at the end apologized for it.  He continued to do it anyway....  The funniest part was hearing a soccer chant from the crowd for an encore.  I never expected that!

3) Yesterday the Pittsburg Steelers won the Superbowl over Arizona Cardinals.  Milli, the lovely dog in our lives bet against my sister that the Steelers will win over Arizona. She won, thus causing my sister to walk Milli every day for a week. All I have to say is that she better not back down!

So 44 must be President Barack Obama's lucky number. At least I would think so. I am so happy for today because it goes to show you that America can be a place that they tell you when you a child that's true now.  We have freedoms and anybody can be president.  This day is really excellent for that.

This weekend while I was battle stomach viruses and power outtages, my sister and I got in a whole season of 30 Rock under our belts. That is without the DVD extras so far.  I love that show so much.  I'm glad it's on but I think it's going to become like Arrested Development did for me that just when I get into it, it gets cancelled. I hope not because Alec Baldwin is crazy hot in it.  Can't wait to watch Season 2!

So far the new year has been okay....

What fictional high school—from tv, film, or a book—would you most like to attend? Or would you rather never go near high school again, fictional or otherwise?

To all of my friends out there, I hope you are already having a Happy New Year!

My December was pretty okay.  The holidays went fast as did my days off and I did absolutely nothing!  I just tried to get some rest.  It didn't work.  There are too many guests staying in my house until tomorrow.  After tomorrow I may rest.  God rest my soul.

On Christmas Eve, I implored my dear family to do something different on that day.  Since there aren't a lot of people that celebrate that day with us we went to Midnight Mass at our local church. It was so beautiful and different. First off, I love our local church. It's one of the most beautiful old churchs.  The Mass was both in Spanish and English which in a way worked out great so I can understand what is happening.  Atlhough I do prefer my sermons in Spanish.  I'm old school like that. One tradition that the Mexicans have that I never realized is that they bring their Baby Jesus statues so the Priest can bless it.  It was extraordinary.  I really enjoyed all of it. I was so happy that we went.

It was Milli's first Christmas and New Years so that was exciting for her.  My nine year old cousin who is staying with us said that the reason Milli doesn't bark at his father is "Because she knows his name is Hitler".  This is true that my cousin's name is Hitler (very long story) but I just had to laugh at his innocence.  Even if Milli could somehow understand what us humans are talking about, she is still too young to have known about the second World War. It was a funny thing that was said though.

I promised myself I was going to see a bunch of movies these last two weeks in the theater and yet saw not one!  Oh well.  I am intrigued enough to see "Doubt" and also am waiting for "My Bloody Valentine 3D" and the Notorious B.I.G. biopic.  That guy sounds too much like him!

I did catch on DVD "I'm Not  There".  This is appalling since I have had this dvd in my possession for three months and am a big Cate Blanchett fan. But it was done and I did see it.  Fantastic movie.  Love Bob Dylan. He's so damn interesting.  Even if it's all lies.  At least they are his lies.  I liked Richard Gere in the movie.  Something very different from him and of course Christian Bale singing the Christian song was amazing!  I wasn't sure if it was his singing voice but knowing what a dedicated actor he is it could have very well been.  Heath Ledger is just always amazing and very sexy in this role. My goodness!  But of course the movie belonged to Cate as always.  I'm so happy she got nominated for that.  It was awesome.  But David Cross as Allen Ginsberg really took me away.  Amazing!  It just rekindle my love for Ginsberg who I studied for a whole semester in school a couple of years ago.  I need to get back to my poetry books.  Too many fluff magazines are rotting my brain!

It's the twentieth anniversary of the first Simpsons episode today. Who is your favorite Simpsons character—Ralph? Sideshow Bob? Ned Flanders? An actual Simpson?

View 500 Answers

I never really do these questions because well I never have time but with Finals finally over I can go back to normal society.  A much more interesting post might happen in the future but I had to answer this question because I absolutely love The Simpsons and it's actually my favorite show on television.  No matter how crazy it has gotten over the years.

I am going to answer this twice: inside the family it will always be Homer Simpson.  Sometimes he's dumb (well lots of times), he also has heart and he has some of the funniest lines ever said.  Also he is voiced by the awesome Dan Castanella who I use to watch all the time on the Tracy Ullman show.  So you can say that this show has been with me ever since then.  Almost as long as I have been alive.  That's why I love it so much.  So familiar.

Outside the family my favorite character will always be Sideshow Bob.  I would have said Ralph Wiggum and I would definitely mean it but I love Kelsey Grammar's voice and Sideshow Bob has the funniest episodes on the show. And I love his singing!  He is also their enemy so it's fun to watch them get out of that.

I haven't gone away completely. I've just been literally buried by work and school.  Unfortunately this affects my personal and internet time. I hate it when that happens.  Some highlights of the past couple of weeks.

Supernatural
A really awesome weekend filled with my favorite show on television which happens to be Supernatural.  It was so much fun being surrounded by so many fans and they all are there for the same reason.  I had one mishap with one woman but she was like really mean to everyone so I didn't take direct offense to it. It was fun because two of the stars on the show were on the floor we were staying in and we ran into one when he was coming off the elevator from the gym. That was so funny. Jared and Jensen are such sweethearts and as funny and handsome as anyone can imagine.  Oh boy, my heart is still racing thinking about how awesome they were and how close I was to them.  Dreams can come true folks.

Twilight
This movie was awesome and since I read all the books I know what's ahead and its just pure freaking great times.  It's fun watching stuff in the movie theater with other fangirls.  Just hearing this one girl call Jacob Black "her baby daddy" was the highlight of the experience of going.  The whole cast was dead on and Robert Pattinson deserves girls getting trampled on to meet him.  Big ol' hottie.

Thanksgiving
It was a good time, we ate a lot of turkey, we talked a lot and we heard a lot of trippy Beatles songs.  Happiness is a Warm Gun and Turkey.  What better combo is there?

Milli
She is getting along with us very well however she is becoming very protective meaning she is weary of who steps into our house and rectifies it with barking nonstop.   She's adorable though.  But she does get depressed sometimes. It's weird but very lovable.

Next up: just homework and tests and homework and  tests....

Four days to go until I see the two most beautiful men on television at this moment in Chicago.  Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki, you will be mine soon!  I promise.  Hehe.  I love Supernatural.  One of the best shows on television right now. The guys just rock so much.  It should be a fun trip going over to see them.  =)

The lovely Zerostress asked me what my ten favorite favorite albums were of all time.  So I have written them down in no particular order and also I give myself the right to change them anytime I want!  ;)  haha.

Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral (1994)
Garbage - Version 2.0 (1998)
Annie Lennox - Diva (1992)
Beastie Boys -  License to Ill (1986)
She Wants Revenge - She Wants Revenge (2006)
The White Stripes - White Blood Cells (2001)
*NSYNC - No Strings Attached (2000)
George Michael - Ladies and Gentlemen...The Very  Best (1998)
Depeche Mode - Violator (1990)
Shania Twain - Come On Over (1997)

There are probably a lot of other albums that I am not even thinking about but I chose this list based on the fact that I know every single song on all of those albums and would not forward if it popped up on the shuffle option on my IPod.

This past weekend my sister, my mom and I have gotten a new member in our household.  It is a six month old chihuahua named Lili.  That's the name the previous owner had.  We renamed her Milli like the Lil Wayne song.  Also because we feel like she needs a new name with new owners and they said that you should have something that sounds close to her name.  Milli is a girl, she's blonde, she's about ten pounds maybe even less, she gets nervous and gets cold a lot.  She is the absolute cutest dog ever. I have never had a pet before and I wasn't that into dogs but when she was offered to us I felt like maybe it was fate since no one ever offered us pets because they know we aren't pet people.  So we accepted her into our home and it's awesome.  She looks at you with eyes that are so knowledgable and young.  She makes me smile the way she follows you around and also she's just the best.  It's awesome having her around although her small body makes me nervous since my goddaughter is more aggressive then I realized.  They love and hate each other.  It's going to be like that for awhile.  She's a fun dog though.  I'm glad she's in our lives.  =)

These last few weeks have just been so jimble jambled up.  Too many things happening and yet time has been slowing down. Here are the highlights (or lowlights)

1. Saw Sex Drive (the movie with Seth Green).  It was so hilarious and unlike the other teen comedies out there. Yes it had Fall Out Boy so it made it modern like that but the performances were one of a kind. James Marsden was just hilarity and Clark Duke really surprised me in this movie.  I was down for it, fo sho!
2. Had two midterms.  One for Biology and one for Anthro.  Passed Bio (by a class curve) and passed Anthro.  Now I am getting focused on the year end.  I want to do well.
3. Halloween has occurred and the goddaughter has dressed up like a bee. She was so adorable although she looked more Goth than anything else.  She got her candy (then she got crazy) and then she got sleepy.  It's the way Halloween works.  I have so many funny stories about this halloween. It is one to remember with her.  She was scared of anything that looked remotely scary.  I remember too well how young fear feels like.  My dad scared the heck out of me when I was young with a a mask.  Things like that stay with you it seems.
4. New Kids on the Block at Madison Square Garden was truly amazing. that is the concert that I have always dreamed of when they came around in the late 80's. I remember it was a July when they were performing in MSG in NY.  That's how vivid that memory is.  They were just on fire and Donnie D. was his usual horny self but pumped up to the millionth power.  He was pimping himself and the other guys off, he was dropping his pants a la Marky Mark style, it was getting dangerous and too sexy in that place.  I haven't been to a loud concert like that in years!  My ears are still ringing and it was a week ago.  Truly a really amazing end for the concert runs this year.  I can't wait to see what next year brings for me in that regard.

Other than that, got some things cooking in the pot.  I will see how the week rolls out.

Go JOBAMA!!!!!  Please Lord let Obama and Joe win!  We need this!

This weekend I went to go see Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist.  This movie was very good and done very well.  Michael Cera will always be the hottest mutha around.  His straight man comedy reminds me so much of Bill Murray which is fantastic since Bill is one of my favorite comedians (don't get me started on how I know Groundhog Day by heart).  But back to Michael.  Since my sister and I have been a fan of his since Arrested Development, it's so easy to follow him around and love everything he does.  And luckily for us the movies he's in are always gold and he's the most prominent and funniest person in it.  The movie was just so endearing and it did remind me of a John Hughes type of movie.  There are just two gross parts that I can even mention less I want to throw up again but it was something I have never seen on film.  Also the music of the movie was good and seeing the clubs that I have been to in the past was fun as well.  It really did feel like a New York movie.  I wonder if people all over the country will get it?  I hope so because it's really great.  Aaron Yoo is in it as well and he's been showing up in every movie I have been watching recently like Disturbia and The Wackness and he's such a great actor.  So funny and always a great asset.  I'm glad he's getting in all of these movies.

Lastly Michael Cera is very sexy.  ;)

A dream has now officially come true for this here girl.  Yes, went to my first and second official New Kids on the Block concert.  No one can ever tell me that they are tired, that they suck, that it's immature.  Many have tried but the will is strong with them.  They don't suck and in fact their new songs are just totally awesome and sexy and I am feeling the vibes and secondly NKOTB was the first record my sister and I wanted and got.  Hangin' Tough played in our house constantly.  As anyone who reads this would recall that my sis, my friend and I went to the Z100 Zooptopia and just got a tiny little taste of their show. That was nothing compared to the real deal.  The meal was a lot meatier if I say so myself.  Here's how it all went down.

Tuesday September 23rd, 2008 Izod New Jersey
We got there later than we thought because stupid Sarah Palin holding up traffic everywhere. When we got there instead of walking the huge bridge we took an empty shuttle bus  that got us there in two minutes. It was a nice treat.  We got inside and we were fairly close.  Not too close but fairly.  The first person up was this guy name Colby who is Akon's protege.  He wasn't good.  I mean his songs were so generic and one of them he talks about apple pie.  I don't even know.  it was just bad.  Then the fantastic Natasha Bedingfield came on with lots of energy!  it was awesome however since she was an opening act a lot of people were talking during her set so it was hard to hear sometimes.

Then the New Kids started.  Wow was this concert ever loud.  I have been to the teen concerts of Jonas and Miley but these are adult women screaming so its' a different sound but no less deafening.  All of the guys are on top of their game. I mean they sound fantastic (even better than back in the day), they dance well and they look amazing.  Jordan Knight does this thing in one part of the concert with his shirt off and he is ripped up!  I haven't seen anything like it.

Hightlights of the night and every person:  Donnie is just an all around sex addict and he addressed the rumors of him in a relationship by pulling out a baseball cap that said "Single".   It was dazzling.  Danny did an insane b boy dance.  It was better than Americas Best Dance Crew.  Jonathan was smiling so much during this concert that he was breaking my heart.  Jordan did a James Brown dance that also looked like something Prince did in the "When Doves Cry" video.  Joey was flying off the handle and trying to get the crowd to say this new saying "Let's Get This" and no one understood what he was doing. It was so funny.

During that concert in the middle they got off the stage and my friends and I are sitting next to this little hallway and they came from there and everyone saw it and went nuts. Basically they went to the middle of the general admission on a stage but more towards us.  It was awesome to see them so up close but everyone rushed that area.  It was amazing and it just turned up the energy.  From there on things just took off even more.  It was amazing and explosive and everything I wanted in their concert.  It was fantastic.

Atlantic City Saturday
My sis, friend and Mom (who tagged along because she loves to gamble) headed up to AC to go see NKOTB there. What a mixed experience. Not so much mixed but it was a huge percent bad and there was only two good things that happened in this trip.  First to start we got our rental car.  Instead of a four door sedan they gave us a two door mustang convertible.  Luckily we fit inside but it was so odd.  And it was white so it was flashy.  We got into AC in  good time but from there things went very strangely.   We went to the wrong casinos, walked unnecessary paths and I pretty much got yelled out by a huge security guard.  It was horrible. But the concert was awesome because we were so close to them and seeing them that up close was just an amazing treat.  Boys look great up close.
Before we left we also went to that great Burger restaurant in the Trump Taj Mahal.  Goddamn, that's the best burgers, sweet potato fries i've ever had in my life. That also made the trip worth while.

I have one more concert to go with NKOTB in October at Madison Square and I am really looking forward to that.  It's going to be so much fun.  I wish I could follow them around constantly.  Favorite song both nights: I'll Be Loving You Forever.  There is nothing like Jordan singing on that song.  He makes the inner boy crazy girl in me just squeal in delight.  ;)

This post deserves a teal coloring.  I'm not sure why but it will brighten my day.  My life although filled with work and school and a two year old that won't stop screaming "Josh" everytime she comes into my house meaning she wants to watch Drake and Josh even though she's seen every episode thirty times; is also now surrounded by television.  My mind literaly feels like it's going to implode.  Whereas I should keep space for stuff like lets say Biology, I only retain facts such as Lance Bass' score on Dancing with the Stars.  Here is what the full week line up looks like and how the new fall season is going so far.

Sunday:
I Love Money: Although this show is ending it was awesome!  They need to do like five reunions for this.  But the best part is that Real and Chance are getting their own show where they find their true loves.  But I don't think White Boy is included.  =(
The Simpsons, Family Guy, King of the Hill, American Dad: They are all starting very soon and I needs my animation.  I can't get enough of it.
Desperate Housewives: I usually watch the show on and off but this year I am going to commit to it since the beautiful Gale Harold is on the show and there can't ever be enough of him.  I use to miss Sundays once Queer As Folk left the air but now I am looking forward to them again!
Rock of Love Charmed School: I'm not sure if it's on Sundays but I believe it is.  Sharon Osbourne, a ruler, and druken rock chicks who think Bret Michael is hot?  Sounds like a comedy to me!

Monday:  the worst day of all!
The Big Bang Theory:  Yes!  Awesome show and I see it real time.  There is nothing like Sheldon's unfamiliarity with social practices to make me laugh.
Dancing with the Stars: Lance Bass and Susan Lucci.  Epic.
The Sarah Connor Chronicles: A) The mutlitalented beautiful and rock star Shirley Manson joins the cast and she is the T 1000!  Unbelievable.  It really made me so happy to see it.  B) Brian Austin Green and Dean Winters equals total hottness.
Heroes: Brains? Brains! We are back with Villians.  Sylar owns my wicked world and Hiro owns my laughing bone.  Milo, he's just freaking unbelievably hot.  I love this show.
One Tree Hill:  Always the best show and Dan Scott better not die!  Also Brooke with a gun?  Freaking badass.

Tuesday
The Biggest Loser: this show makes me cry.  Just cry.
Making Da Band: Donnie Gotti, I mean Donnie Klang is awesome!

Wednesday
Americas Next Top Model: Mr. Jay Manuel and his silver hair that looks like it's growing out of his actual hair?  Awesome.
Project Runway: Not as good as last season.  Too much crying and people treating Tim Gunn badly.  Not loving it.
South Park: Yay it comes back!  Woo Hoo!   Perhaps more ManBearPig?
Real World/Road Rules Challenge The Island: Johnny Bananas just calling dumb girls sluts.  Just amazing.  I love jerks who know it.

Thursday
Ugly Betty: Henry or Gio?  Who did she choose? I gotta watch it and find out.
The Cho Show: Margaret Cho and her hair dresser, stylist, make up artist, parents and her little person assistant Selene (who rules!).  A pretty damn good show.  Where is All American Girl on DVD?
Supernatural: The best show that I have ever watched.  Especially now that they are bringing in the religious aspect of it with Angels and God.  I love stuff like that.  I'm looking forward to meeting the awesome duo that is Jared and Jensen!  YES!

Friday:
The Ex List: it's not on yet but looks like a very promising show.  I noticed I am watching more CBS shows now.  Or at least one.  hehe.
Everybody hates Chris: High school?  Oh the horror.
The Game:  this show really rocks and I am so happy that the moved it to Fridays so I can actually watch it.  I am too excited to see what happens. Who know football can be so dang interesting.
Degrassi: I will not watch it, I will not watch it. Peter is getting rumors about him being gay?  I will not watch it...

Saturday:
Long Way Down: It's still on but it's going to be over soon.  =(  I am going to miss my weekly dose of Ewan and Charley.  They need to make more!

i'm sure there are others I am not aware of that I missed. What's a girl to do that is committed to some of her favorite (and not so favorite characters).  Just watch.

This sounds like a cool band name that would be in the 80's cartoon Jem, so I wanted to capture my creativity.  Probably the only good thing to come out of this financial debacle that this day has become in recent American history.

Yesterday, as I got out of my late night class I was walking down the block of my school to the subway.  I looked up and about two blocks away were the two spotlights representing the World Trade Center.  It's the first time I was down  there during something like that.  I couldn't keep my eyes off the sky as I walked to the train.  I almost bumped into a lot of people... But then again they were doing the same exact thing I was.

This entry deserves blue lettering because I like the color blue. This past Monday I had finally gone to go see Daniel Radcliffe and Richard Griffths in Equus.  It just debuted here on Broadway and it's in previews which means a longer script!  I've been waiting for this show for about more than a year.  Yes, this is the play where he gets naked and no I am not a pervert.  In fact I saw a leak of photos with him naked and kinda didn't want to see it but it was all right in real life.  Not bad and also it happened during a very dramatic part of the play so you didn't even pay attention to it.

The play itself was amazing. I was so impressed by the writing and direction that it had gone.  I don't want to give too much away but it has to do with a boy in a mental institution and horses.  The whole play went somewhere I didn't think it was going to go and all the actors were phenemonal in it.  I mean just absolutely amazing.  Daniel played a part that was so different and he sings in this play but it's very funny when it happens.  Richard was also wonderful and it shows how he really is a vetern.

As for Daniel, I've been waiting to see him somewhere live forever.  I am such a fan of the Harry Potter movies and I think he does an amazing job in them and I truly respect him for doing these roles.  He's just so amazing.  I feel so happy to have seen him and I am going to try to get his autograph one of these days. Plus I really want to go back and see it.

In the school front,  it's still hard going but it's good.  I don't feel too stupid but biology will always have it's ups and downs. I am hoping soon I will really have it all sink in.  I just hope I do well for the rest of the year.  =/

What does some form of Heaven include?  How about two nights of Nine Inch Nails? That's right, I went two nights last week and it was the best shows I have ever been to.  Trent Reznor truly does know how to put on a show.  I don't care what fancy digs someone else might have but to have such a magnificant and creative set and light show as he did is so freaking damn impressive.  The first night we went was in New Jersey.  I sat to the side of the stage where I saw Rob Sheridan (the resident photographer), I saw Josh Freese's son who I recognized his picture from the NIN blog. And when the show started I saw Alessandro Cortini and Trent before they hit the stage.  They were waiting to go on.  It was amazing. The show kicked off into high gear and I absolutely love that they came off so strong.  It was truly an amazing show.  I was so happy to see Robin Finck back because he just kicks all types of ass and is very hardcore about his instrumental skills.  Justin Mendel was good but he was no Jeordie White.  He's not suppose to be spectacular and I like him for the fact he got picked by Trent and also he worked on Garbage's Bleed Like Me album which I love.  That night was just aweinspiring and then on Friday we rented a car and drove over to the Wachovia center in Pennsylvania (Trent's homestate) and that night was even crazier and kicked more butt then anything I have ever seen!

The Setlist for both nights, not in any particular order:

1.       999,999 [Intro] (you can barely hear it with all the screaming!)
2. 1,000,000 (One of my favorite songs kicking major butt!)
3. Letting You (Also amazing and I love the back up vocals on it. Very aggressive)
4. Discipline (The first night Trent was doing some very sexy hip swaying action. I swooned.)
5. March Of The Pigs (Powerful as always, Trent threw mic stands.  It was bound to happen.)
6. Head Down (I really love this song.  I love all the songs from The Slip come to think of it. )
7. The Frail (This is amazing as always live.  The best.)
8. Reptile (Got this two nights which was awesome.  I really loved seeing Trent and Robin crouch down playing like they were reptiles.  It was very theatrical of them.)
9. Closer [The Only Time Breakdown] (Always the sexiest song and the breakdown is the fucking hottest thing ever.)
10. Gave Up (For some reason it felt like the first time I've ever heard this song and I know it forwards and backwards. That's the power of a killer performance.)
11. The Warning (When the screen came down and they were standing in front of their respective red shadows I flipped out.  Especially since it was the first of many Year Zero songs that I have never seen live with my own eyes.)
12. Vessel (Amazing!)
13. Ghosts 5 (Only Trent can keep an audience so captivated by instrumentals)
14. Ghosts 17 (Xylophones never sounded so good!)
15. Ghosts 19 (beautiful imagery.)
16. Piggy [Ghosts] (Jazzy version of this song = pure love.  One of my favorite songs.
17. The Greater Good (Um 80 Feet Screen with Trent's grainy face all over it!?  Are they trying to give me a heart attack?  Also his voice sounds so freaking sexy in this song.)
18. Pinion [Interlude] (still the interlude that everyone flips over)
19. Wish (this song is so freaking great.  Who doesn't feel like screaming when they hear it?)
20. Terrible Lie (Seems like salvation comes only in my dreams...)
21. Survivalism (I was excited to see this live most of all.  The first night on the screen one of the guys in the bathroom was looking on top of the napkin dispenser to see if there were any secret treasures as someone else found. The second night we had the lady in the bathroom.  Haha.)
22. The Big Comedown (I've seen this song live before and love it. But I have been hearing it for the past year and a half daily on my ipod and then knew I must see this live.  I was so happy because like I said, I needed to see it.)
23. Ghosts 31 (I love the blue background0
24. Only (Trent coming at you from a gated cage.  The first night was awesome but the second night I couldn't see it because I had to potty.)
25. The Hand That Feeds (Love it, love it.)
26. Head Like A Hole (The first and best song.  It sucks you right in.)
27. Echoplex (I know it's reduntant to say it but this is actually in my top five favorite songs from NIN.  It makes me emotional. I love it so much.)
28. God Given (This was awesome live!  I always liked the song but seeing it live made me love it!)
29. The Good Soldier (Yes!)
30. Hurt (with the acoustic guitar that Robin played made it even more haunting and different.  It was the first time that both nights the crowd was respectful. I loved seeing that.)
31. In This Twilight (perfect way to end the show. The background was amazing and the second night was when I noticed things were exploding in it. the first night I can only see from the side and not from the front of it.  It was so beautiful and to have Trent be the last person you see walk off the stage must be a big high.)

32 The Wretched!!!! (he played this the second night.  Something about how his arms flex during this song that gets to me.
33. Me, I'm Not (He sounds so sensual during the chorus.  Love it.)
34. The Great Destroyer (OHMIGOD, my favorite song on Year Zero and it was amazing. I thought I wasn't going to hear it live and when I did I got emotional.  I love everything about this song.  The screens pulsated fantastically to it.  *dies*)
35. Down In It (What a surprise!  Everyone went nuts during this performance and this guy rushed the stage at the end of it and Trent pushed him.  There were like five security guards that took that guy down.  It was hilarious. )

Great time had by all and this makes me strongly want to go to the other cities when he comes around here again.  Trent owns my soul and my money now.
